Meet Justin and Brandon
We are the Roberts brothers from Columbia, KY, and we started our coffee roasting company with a passion for creating great coffee and bringing joy to others. From sourcing the best beans to perfecting our craft, our goal is to create delicious coffee that brings people together.
The Brand
Our logo is a simple butterfly. The monarch butterfly is a beautiful symbol of trusting the process. When a caterpillar forms its cocoon, it can only wait and trust that the process of change will transform it into something much greater… The same goes for a coffee bean!
There is also a little hidden secret in the logo! The “J” and “B” are the first initials of the founding brothers, Justin and Brandon.
The Roberts Family
Like many small businesses, it’s a family affair. Our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches right in our family home. We roast and bag all of our coffee with care. Even our toy poodle, Chloe, likes to oversee the operation from afar- let’s be honest; she’s the real boss.

Each origin is unique, which means having knowledge about each roast is crucial. Anyone can roast coffee but it takes experience and care to roast consistent coffee well.
